MyHealth Centre is now WELL Health Diagnostic Centre in Thornhill! We’re the same team with a new name, located in the Chabad Gate Plaza on Bathurst Street, north of Steeles Avenue. We provide OHIP-covered ultrasound, X-ray and bone density services – with shorter wait times, faster report turn-around, and the highest standard of patient care. Please call or chat live to request your appointment, except X-ray, which is provided on a walk-in basis. We look forward to seeing you!

Step 1: Requisition

Download our requisition and obtain a signed copy from your referring healthcare provider*. If possible, E-mail or fax the signed requisition to our clinic.

Step 2: Schedule

All of our services require a scheduled appointment, except X-ray, which is provided on a walk-in basis**. Please schedule your appointment by telephone, or live chat located in the bottom-right corner of this website.

Step 3: Test Preparation

Please review our Test Preparation Guide prior to your appointment. Bring your Ontario Health Card (OHIP) and requisition to your appointment and arrive 15 minutes early to register.***

*Our OHIP-covered services require a signed requisition from a certified Ontario healthcare provider, except mammography breast imaging for women ages 40-74 at select locations. If you need a requisition, you can visit a family doctor, walk-in clinic or community health center.

*Already have a doctor’s requisition? We accept signed requisitions from any certified Ontario healthcare facility, including hospitals and independent health facilities.

**Our walk-in X-ray hours may differ from our hours of operation. Please scroll up to view our current walk-in X-ray hours.

***If you have mobility concerns, please ask your caregiver to accompany and assist you.

We will send your diagnostic report to your referring healthcare provider, who will follow up with you. We can send it to additional healthcare providers upon your request.

Staff were super nice and made an amazing experiece for me

It was truly a pleasure having an ultrasound at this location! The staff, from the receptionists to the sonographer, were extremely warm and welcoming. All areas were well-maintained, and the sonographer was very reassuring throughout. It was done very gently to my surprise (unlike my experiences at the ER, there was less pressure). Overall I’m glad I picked getting my ultrasound at this location, and should I need one in the future I will be returning. It’s also a bonus that we get to see our results online.

My appointment was April 27th and I arrived 15 minutes early - as they requested - and I was able to have my ultrasound before my actual appointment time. The woman doing my ultrasound was very friendly, as well. I was in and out in maybe 20 minutes or less!

Only suggestion for improvement could be the changing rooms. To have a way to make them secure. They respected the appointment time and did an excellent job of getting me in for my tests. I took my elderly father here for an X-ray, arrived on a Monday 8:35am, was out by 8:40am, superfast. 2nd Receptionist helped me while the 1st one was occupied, no lines. X-ray Tech asked if my father spoke English, and gave me simple instructions for him to follow. My father was pleasantly surprised and impressed by how fast the service was.
