On Monday there was a lineup and I didn’t have my walker because of snow. The receptionist took charge and took me to a separate line for appointment. Then I had an almost faint spell in mammogram and Tech was very professional. She helped me and was very understanding and another staff help too! On Wednesday I had another test and same receptionist recognized me and called me from back of line to get checked in! So appreciative as again I didn’t have walker because of snow. The Tech was very professional and very fast and efficient. I was In and out in no time!

I had a really positive experience, lots of reminders ahead of the appointment and clarity on how to prep; welcoming and efficient reception staff; a reasonably short wait; and most importantly a thoughtful and professional radiologists. We moved quickly through the process, with instruction, and explanation as he went. Making a point to mind my comfort and consent with the procedure.
