I was in and out in under an hour. No waiting, and everything was explained to me in detail. Very professional but also very pleasant.

Even though it was end of day, there was absolutely no waiting, the staff was super friendly, my technician was amazing and timely. and so gentle. Best medical appt experience!!

Good location. Easy to find Clinic. Plaza parking was a bonus The reception staff were welcoming. The person who did my ultrasound Septi? was experienced & clear with respect to instructions. Sundra? (gentleman from Kenya) was pleasant, patient & understanding of my need to rest periodically between X-RAY takes. If I had any constructive criticism aimed at improving the patient experience may I suggest staff introduce themselves by name & escort the patient out to waiting area after treatment. Thank you.

Very friendly technician. Explained the process clearly and in detail. Informed me how to obtain test results myself. Very respectful and professional.

All staff are very friendly. Technicians are extremely dedicated and focused with helpful instructions towards your type of exam. I had a BMD Test, and afterwards she took the time to discuss my lack of taking my weekly Bone Meds... (which I was just forgetting). In agreement, she took the liberty to contact my family Dr to set up the twice a year injection. True Loyaty.

Nice reception and straight to business operators and doctors. I appreciate getting in and out. A little tricky to locate, but found it quickly

I had an ultrasound and mammography done yesterday, and the whole experience was excellent. The staff were extremely polite, respectful, and kind. Everything ran on time, the space was spotless, and the whole process felt very organized. I really appreciated the care and professionalism. Thank you to the entire team.
