Sleep
According to Statistics Canada, one-third of Canadians are not getting the recommended 7-9 hours of sleep. Additionally, 43% of Canadian men and 55% of Canadian women ages 18-64 report having difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep.
A lack of sleep, in both duration and quality, may be associated with obesity, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, injury, depression, irritability and reduced well-being.
Sleep is critical for your physical, emotional and cognitive health. To stay healthy, it’s just as important to sleep well as it is to eat well and be physically active.
We provide sleep consultations and sleep studies to treat the following sleep disorders:
- Chronic Fatigue
- Excessive Daytime Sleepiness
- Insomnia
- Morning Headaches
- Non-restorative Sleep
- Restless Legs
- Sleep Apnea
- Snoring

I had an ultrasound done on my legs. The woman who did the ultrasound her name is Aisha and she was amazing. Aisha was kind, patient, and she definitely put you at ease if you are feeling nervous. I would definitely recommend her for doing ultrasound.
