MyHealth Centre is now WELL Health Diagnostic Centre in Mississauga! We’re the same team with a new name, located in the Credit Valley Professional Building beside the hospital at the intersection of Erin Mills Parkway and Eglinton Avenue West. We provide OHIP-covered ultrasound, X-ray, mammography and bone mineral density services – with shorter wait times, faster report turn-around, and the highest standard of patient care. Please call or chat live to request your appointment, except X-ray, which is provided on a walk-in basis. We look forward to seeing you!

Request Appointment

Step 1: Requisition

Download our requisition and obtain a signed copy from your referring healthcare provider*. If possible, E-mail or fax the signed requisition to our clinic.

Step 2: Schedule

All of our services require a scheduled appointment, except X-ray, which is provided on a walk-in basis**. Please schedule your appointment by telephone, or live chat located in the bottom-right corner of this website.

Step 3: Test Preparation

Please review our Test Preparation Guide prior to your appointment. Bring your Ontario Health Card (OHIP) and requisition to your appointment and arrive 15 minutes early to register.***

*Our OHIP-covered services require a signed requisition from a certified Ontario healthcare provider, except mammography breast imaging for women ages 40-74 at select locations. If you need a requisition, you can visit a family doctor, walk-in clinic or community health center.

*Already have a doctor’s requisition? We accept signed requisitions from any certified Ontario healthcare facility, including hospitals and independent health facilities.

**Our walk-in X-ray hours may differ from our hours of operation. Please scroll up to view our current walk-in X-ray hours.

***If you have mobility concerns, please ask your caregiver to accompany and assist you.

We will send your diagnostic report to your referring healthcare provider, who will follow up with you. We can send it to additional healthcare providers upon your request.

I recently completed a 2-day heart stress test, and the experience was excellent from beginning to end. The staff were professional, attentive, and very supportive throughout both days. They took the time to clearly explain each step of the process, which made me feel much more comfortable and at ease. The testing was thorough and well-coordinated, and I really appreciated how closely they monitored me while also making sure I was comfortable the entire time. Any questions I had were answered with patience and care. What stood out most was how organized and efficient everything was, without ever feeling rushed. The team truly prioritizes patient care and creates a calm, reassuring environment. I’m very thankful for the level of care I received and would highly recommend this clinic for anyone needing a heart stress test. A truly 5-star experience.

I had a very positive experience at this place. The staff were kind, professional, and punctual, and the office was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. A wonderful lady, Jennifer, assisted me with my mammogram today, and she was incredibly patient, gentle, attentive, and caring throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly and helped me feel calm and reassured after a very unpleasant experience I had elsewhere last year. I truly appreciated her compassion and professionalism. Same thing happened yesterday with the gentleman that helped me with my back X-Rays. He also assisted me in a very kind and proffesional way. Thank you so much! Highly recommended.
