I visited this centre for the first time this morning and was super impressed with their staff and the care they took with each visitor. I visited this lab yesterday, and Elena is an absolute professional. She drew my blood so quickly and gently that I didn’t feel a thing. I’ve always been told I have really bad veins 🫣, but she handled it perfectly. She’s amazing—highly recommend!!!!! I’d give her 10 out of 10. If I ever need tests again, I’ll definitely be coming back to her.

My experience was very relaxing and my visit was quick and prompt considering what I had done. The reception staff is always so friendly and professional. Svetlana was the technician who did my last two ultrasounds and I cannot express enough how lovely and kind she is. She expressed sincere interest in my health. She has a lovely bedside manner during the process, and I also love that she has very relaxing music during each appointment I had with her. I've had many ultrasounds at different places other than WellHealth, and many technicians are very cold and don't seem to take an interest with the patient. I'm not sure if the soft music is played by all lab technicians at your locations as a policy but it is something extra special that helped put me at ease. Many thanks to Svetlana, and the reception staff for an enjoyable visit.
