MyHealth Centre is now WELL Health Diagnostic Centre in Thornhill! We’re the same team with a new name, located in the Chabad Gate Plaza on Bathurst Street, north of Steeles Avenue. We provide OHIP-covered ultrasound, X-ray and bone density services – with shorter wait times, faster report turn-around, and the highest standard of patient care. Please call or chat live to request your appointment, except X-ray, which is provided on a walk-in basis. We look forward to seeing you!

Step 1: Requisition

Download our requisition and obtain a signed copy from your referring healthcare provider*. If possible, E-mail or fax the signed requisition to our clinic.

Step 2: Schedule

All of our services require a scheduled appointment, except X-ray, which is provided on a walk-in basis**. Please schedule your appointment by telephone, or live chat located in the bottom-right corner of this website.

Step 3: Test Preparation

Please review our Test Preparation Guide prior to your appointment. Bring your Ontario Health Card (OHIP) and requisition to your appointment and arrive 15 minutes early to register.***

*Our OHIP-covered services require a signed requisition from a certified Ontario healthcare provider, except breast screenings for women ages 40-74. If you need a requisition, you can visit a family doctor, walk-in clinic or community health center.

*Already have a doctor’s requisition? We accept signed requisitions from any certified Ontario healthcare facility, including hospitals and independent health facilities.

**Our walk-in X-ray hours may differ from our hours of operation. Please scroll up to view our current walk-in X-ray hours.

***If you have mobility concerns, please ask your caregiver to accompany and assist you.

We will send your diagnostic report to your referring healthcare provider, who will follow up with you. We can send it to additional healthcare providers upon your request.

I had a great experience at this medical diagnostic center. For X-ray services, it’s very convenient because they accept walk-ins, which saves a lot of time. For ultrasound, an appointment is required, but the booking process was easy and well organized.
The staff are extremely polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful. From the front desk to the technicians, everyone was professional, patient, and made the experience comfortable. The clinic felt well-run and efficient, with clear communication throughout.
