MyHealth Centre is now WELL Health Diagnostic Centre in downtown Toronto! We’re the same team with a new name, located in the 790 Bay Street Medical Professional Building on the southwest corner of Bay and College Street beside CIBC. We provide OHIP-covered ultrasound and X-ray services with shorter wait times, faster report turn-around, and the highest standard of patient care. Please call or chat live to request your appointment, except X-ray, which is provided on a walk-in basis. We look forward to seeing you!

Request Appointment

Step 1: Requisition

Download our requisition and obtain a signed copy from your referring healthcare provider*. If possible, E-mail or fax the signed requisition to our clinic.

Step 2: Schedule

All of our services require a scheduled appointment, except X-ray, which is provided on a walk-in basis**. Please schedule your appointment by telephone, or live chat located in the bottom-right corner of this website.

Step 3: Test Preparation

Please review our Test Preparation Guide prior to your appointment. Bring your Ontario Health Card (OHIP) and requisition to your appointment and arrive 15 minutes early to register.***

*Our OHIP-covered services require a signed requisition from a certified Ontario healthcare provider, except breast screenings for women ages 40-74. If you need a requisition, you can visit a family doctor, walk-in clinic or community health center.

*Already have a doctor’s requisition? We accept signed requisitions from any certified Ontario healthcare facility, including hospitals and independent health facilities.

**Our walk-in X-ray hours may differ from our hours of operation. Please scroll up to view our current walk-in X-ray hours.

***If you have mobility concerns, please ask your caregiver to accompany and assist you.

We will send your diagnostic report to your referring healthcare provider, who will follow up with you. We can send it to additional healthcare providers upon your request.

After reading the reviews, I was a bit worried about getting an x-ray here. I needed an x-ray and an ultrasound, so I booked the ultrasound and went to get the x-ray a couple of days before. I showed up right when they opened and they took me right away for the x-ray. Then the receptionist (shoutout to Gordon for the help) informed me that the ultrasound tech could squeeze me in on the same day. This saved me the extra trip and I got both tests done within the hour. I’m very impressed with WELL Health Diagnostics.

The only problem I had was the waiting time. The technician was very nice and friendly, very professional. The paper gowns need to be a little bigger, technician told me to wear one in the front and one to cover it, which made it easier so it would not open when he was doing the imaging. These folks are great, the X ray tech Don is amazing. Funny, knowledgable, quick and caring. I've been here a couple times now and the x rays are easy and not at all stressful. Highly recommend.
