Excellent reception and technicians

April 1, 2026 I visited your location for a bone density scan. I was greeted by the receptionist upon arrival. The check in process was very quick and the receptionist was extremely professional and friendly. Less than 5 minutes after my arrival Lauren called my name for my appointment. Lauren was extremely professional and friendly throughout my appointment. Her instructions were very clear and easy to follow. She wished me a pleasant day at the completion of the appointment. I had a very clear understanding on next steps and when to expect the results. I was extremely impressed with Lauren throughout the appointment. She truly loves what she does and goes out of her way to ensure the patient feels as comfortable as possible and dies not leave the appointment with any questions.

This is an extremely well run centre. The location is spotless, the staff are all very professional and more important take pride in providing the best care to their patients. I have had to attend the centre several times and have always been extremely impressed. Also my doctor received the results in a timely fashion. The location is easy to find and provides ample parking. I highly recommend this location to be added to your options for future health care testing.

The technician and staff were very professional and friendly. They explained in detail any of my concerns. Their instructions were easy to follow & understand. They cleaned and sanitized all the areas immediately after a patient left the area, and as a result I felt safe and protected. Thanks to the office staff as well. They were so helpful today and last Thursday during my ultrasound.

No problems what so ever, tests taken care of in a timely friendly manner!

I had tests with three different medical staff. Everyone, including the clerical staff were friendly, kind and made me feel comfortable. James and Kaitlyn were two of the staff who ran tests. I cannot remember the x-ray technicians name. They all are a asset to your company.
