I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. When I called to book an appointment over the phone I was served promptly, treated with care and respect, and had my appointment booked in under 5 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes early as asked and was called in right on time. The practitioner helping me was polite, respectful, and was able to answer any question. The last thing I would like to say is they had a mission statement on the wall that focused on patient care through trust and integrity. I can safely say all three people I talked to – the phone receptionist, the front desk, and the practitioner practiced this statement.
