Great service

I was there April 29th 2026 and the service was excellent...Sejal the tech who did it was thorough, pleasant and very professional. She was on time and did an excellence job.
I also want to take a moment to appreciate the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT STAFF (Ms LAMEEA) who got my appointment corrected and updated. Originally they had booked me for North York without my knowledge, but when they called I spoke to LAMEEA and she immediately went online and got my appointment changed to Brampton, where I live...Such good customer service is what makes me go back to them, besides the great service and amazing physicians...

I was there recently (Feb 2024)for a Cardiology check up to the Center street location and it was very efficient. Specific mention to a tech/nurse whose name is Farwa who was very polite, professional and knew her job very well. I felt very comfortable with my tests and the way she administered it. Great Job Farwa !!

I have been there (Feb 2023) a few times...Special mention to Sejal who took excellent professional care when I had a BP monitor issue, explained details well and fixed my issue...Sejal is a true asset to the organization....I would recommend this place if you have any tests to do...Very efficient and good place...Keep up the good work Sejal ! It was my first mammogram appointment at WELL Health Diagnostic Centre, and I had a very comfortable and pleasant experience (all thanks to their staff). I was seen right on time. The waiting room was quite large with lots of seating. And most importantly the staff at the diagnostic centre were extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and patient. They run a very organized diagnostic centre. Patients come first here. My only recommendation is for them to provide bags (or locker) to put your clothes in when you need to change for the scan. I can't imagine what it is like in winter when you have more on you; winter coat, hats scarves, clothes etc to carry into the imaging room. It was akward carrying my jacket , hand bag, & top half of my clothes in my arms from the changing room to the imaging room. Then you place your belongings loosely on a chair. Providing a bag or locker would be much more convenient. Overall , it is an excellent place to get your imaging or diagnostic test done . I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Outstanding service by friendly staff.

Recently had an appointment at C-Endo and I wanted to express my absolute gratitude for the great service and treatment. The entire clinic completely exceeds expectations. I was helped by an amazing nurse named Fehmida who was completely engaged in patient care and absolute professionalism. So thankful for C-Endo. I even was able to get street parking!! Highly recommend this clinic.
