MyHealth Centre is now WELL Health Diagnostic Centre in London! We’re the same team with a new name, located in the Wharncliffe Health Centre, just north of Oxford Street. We provide OHIP-covered ultrasound, X-ray, mammography, and bone density services – with shorter wait times, faster report turn-around, and the highest standard of patient care. Please call or chat live to request your appointment, except X-ray, which is provided on a walk-in basis. We look forward to seeing you!

Request Appointment

Step 1: Requisition

Download our requisition and obtain a signed copy from your referring healthcare provider*. If possible, E-mail or fax the signed requisition to our clinic.

Step 2: Schedule

All of our services require a scheduled appointment, except X-ray, which is provided on a walk-in basis**. Please schedule your appointment by telephone, or live chat located in the bottom-right corner of this website.

Step 3: Test Preparation

Please review our Test Preparation Guide prior to your appointment. Bring your Ontario Health Card (OHIP) and requisition to your appointment and arrive 15 minutes early to register.***

*Our OHIP-covered services require a signed requisition from a certified Ontario healthcare provider, except mammography breast imaging for women ages 40-74 at select locations. If you need a requisition, you can visit a family doctor, walk-in clinic or community health center.

*Already have a doctor’s requisition? We accept signed requisitions from any certified Ontario healthcare facility, including hospitals and independent health facilities.

**Our walk-in X-ray hours may differ from our hours of operation. Please scroll up to view our current walk-in X-ray hours.

***If you have mobility concerns, please ask your caregiver to accompany and assist you.

We will send your diagnostic report to your referring healthcare provider, who will follow up with you. We can send it to additional healthcare providers upon your request.

I called Wealth Health customer service to book an ultrasound appointment, and they scheduled me in Milton, which is a two-hour drive, as no appointments were available in London for the next three months. I decided to visit their location in person to see if anything could be done. The receptionist, Tanya, was extremely helpful and managed to arrange a walk-in ultrasound appointment for me. Dr. Mohammad kindly agreed to see me as well. They both truly made my day, and I am very grateful for their excellent service.
