Office was quick and efficient, staff were welcoming and friendly. Every procedure was explained clearly.

I came here for an ultrasound and xray today. I was all over the place, forgot the hard copy of my requisition, lost my health card, had so many questions about other requisitions and next steps. Each time I spoke with receptionist Nidhi, who was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and patient with my 101 questions. I have had a few unpleasant experiences in health care lately but this receptionist and her kindness went such a long way. She deserves to be recognized.
