Step 1: Requisition

Download our requisition and obtain a signed copy from your referring healthcare provider*. If possible, E-mail or fax the signed requisition to our clinic.

Step 2: Schedule

All of our services require a scheduled appointment. Please schedule your appointment by telephone, or live chat located in the bottom-right corner of this website.

Step 3: Test Preparation

Please review our Test Preparation Guide prior to your appointment. Bring your Alberta Health Card (AHCIP) and requisition to your appointment and arrive 15 minutes early to register.***

*Our AHCIP-covered services require a signed requisition from a certified Alberta healthcare provider, such as a family doctor, walk-in clinic or community health center.

*Already have a doctor’s requisition? We accept signed requisitions from any certified Alberta healthcare facility, including hospitals and independent health facilities.

***If you have mobility concerns, please ask your caregiver to accompany and assist you.

We will send your diagnostic report to your referring healthcare provider, who will follow up with you. We can send it to additional healthcare providers upon your request.

If you ever find yourself needing nuclear imaging (which, let’s be honest, wasn’t on my bucket list), I highly recommend WELL Health Diagnostic Cardiology Centre in Calgary or C-Era

EMT Riley, along with technicians Bailey and Kayla, somehow managed to turn a “let’s inject you with radioactive isotopes and scan your heart with fancy machines” kind of day into a surprisingly good experience.
Their bedside manner was top-tier! Equal parts professional, reassuring, and just the right amount of humor to make you forget you’re basically starring in your own sci-fi episode.

Like a pro, Riley kept things calm, cool and collected even while making me run my fat ass on the treadmill. While Bailey and Kayla ran the tech side so smoothly I’m pretty sure the machines were taking instructions from them out of respect.
At no point did I feel like “just another patient”. Nope, I felt more like a VIP guest who just happened to be getting their heart juiced up with gamma radiation and photographed.

10/10 experience (as far as nuclear imaging goes—which I assume is a competitive category). If I ever need my insides turned into high-resolution images again, this is the crew I want.
