We provide AHCIP-covered cardiology, nuclear cardiology, internal medicine, bone mineral density, pulmonary function testing, and IV infusion services – with shorter wait times, faster report turn-around, and the highest standard of patient care. Step 1: Requisition

Download our requisition and obtain a signed copy from your referring healthcare provider*. If possible, E-mail or fax the signed requisition to our clinic.

Step 2: Schedule

All of our services require a scheduled appointment. Please schedule your appointment by telephone, or live chat located in the bottom-right corner of this website.

Step 3: Test Preparation

Please review our Test Preparation Guide prior to your appointment. Bring your Alberta Health Card (AHCIP) and requisition to your appointment and arrive 15 minutes early to register.***

*Our AHCIP-covered services require a signed requisition from a certified Alberta healthcare provider, such as a family doctor, walk-in clinic or community health center.

*Already have a doctor’s requisition? We accept signed requisitions from any certified Alberta healthcare facility, including hospitals and independent health facilities.

***If you have mobility concerns, please ask your caregiver to accompany and assist you.

We will send your diagnostic report to your referring healthcare provider, who will follow up with you. We can send it to additional healthcare providers upon your request.

Both visits were great. The medical staff are quite friendly and welcoming. As a patient I was treated with dignity and respect. Quick turnaround response regarding diagnosis. The doctor called me within today's after left a voicemail message on Friday and called me first thing Monday to give me the report and offered to call in a prescription to the pharmacy. Totally felt cared for.

From the medical office assistants at the front desk and the intake staff they were just lovely. The doctor I saw was kind, efficient and very knowledgeable. I had my treadmill stress test this morning at (Health Centre), and I had the pleasure of having Dr. Alykhan Nanji, who explained my test results to me in great detail. I was truly impressed by his professionalism , knowledge and outstanding approach to patient care. Dr. Alykhan Nanji took time to explain everything thoroughly, clearly and patiently, making sure I understood the results and felt comfortable asking questions. His ability to explain medical information in a way that is easy to understand reflects not only his expertise but also his genuine dedication to his patients. It is rare to meet a doctor who combines such a high level of medical knowledge with excellent communication skills, patience and kindness. He made me feel heard and respected. doctors like him make a real difference in their patient's experience. Thank you Dr. Alykhan Nanji you are truly one of the best.... A big thank you to the technician who performed my treadmill stress test and to Clarisse at the receptionist . keep up the excellent work.
