MyHealth Centre is now WELL Health Sleep Centre in Brampton! We’re the same team with a new name, located in the Chrysler Drive Centre at the corner of Williams Parkway and Chrysler Drive. We provide OHIP-covered sleep consultations and sleep studies to treat chronic fatigue, excessive daytime sleepiness, insomnia, morning headaches, non-restorative sleep, restless legs, sleep apnea, and snoring. We are available to answer your phone calls and provide sleep consultations during our clinic hours listed below. We provide sleep studies from 8:00pm-6:30am, seven days a week, excluding holidays. We are not available to answer phone calls during evenings and weekends.

Step 1: Requisition

Download our requisition and obtain a signed copy from your referring healthcare provider*. If possible, E-mail or fax the signed requisition to our clinic.

Step 2: Schedule

All of our services require a scheduled appointment. Please schedule your appointment by telephone, or live chat located in the bottom-right corner of this website.

Step 3: Test Preparation

Please review our Test Preparation Guide prior to your appointment. Bring your Ontario Health Card (OHIP) and requisition to your appointment and arrive 15 minutes early to register.***

*Our OHIP-covered services require a signed requisition from a certified Ontario healthcare provider, except breast screenings for women ages 40-74. If you need a requisition, you can visit a family doctor, walk-in clinic or community health center.

*Already have a doctor’s requisition? We accept signed requisitions from any certified Ontario healthcare facility, including hospitals and independent health facilities.

***If you have mobility concerns, please ask your caregiver to accompany and assist you.

We will send your diagnostic report to your referring healthcare provider, who will follow up with you. We can send it to additional healthcare providers upon your request.

I just recently had a sleep study follow up and it was a positive experience for me, Harsh was very nice and got me all set up with the wires for the evening, I had a nice stay , and everyone was very friendly and explained everything in detail.

Last night I had an overnight sleep study here and I would certainly recommend it as a clinic for those needing a test. The rooms are well maintained and comfortable to sleep in. A special thank you to Harpreet who was extremely helpful throughout.She took the time to explain the importance of this sleep study and ensured I was comfortable and informed throughout. She was amazing and made this experience feel a little less daunting overall. This clinic truly does prioritize your comfort and care. I just need to mention one small point like there were a people from staffs making some noises which caused a liitle disturbance. Apart from that, no issues as such.

I had such an amazing and relaxing experience with this sleep clinic. My technician, Shahana, was so sweet and considerate the entire time and was so patient with me when I had sciatic pain and could not sleep. I am so glad I had my sleep study at this clinic and not any other one, no other clinic would have been so professional and no other clinic would have made me feel so comfortable. I cannot thank this clinic and Shahana enough for their hard work and their diligence! I absolutely recommend this sleep clinic 1000000/10!

The facility is very clean and the rooms are also cozy. My technician was very welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient when putting on the wires to monitor your vitals. The sleeping room is a bit warm, however they do provide a fan if you need it or an extra blanket or pillow if you need one. Bedtime is btwn 10-11pm, but the process to complete all the wiring on your body takes about 15-20 mins to complete. Wake up time in the morning is 5am... if you're not a morning person or can't function too well that early to drive, consider getting someone to pick you up or uber it home. All the staff at this location were very friendly.
