MyHealth Centre is now WELL Health Diagnostic Centre in Brampton! We’re the same team with a new name, located in the Chrysler Drive Centre at the corner of Williams Parkway and Chrysler Drive. We provide OHIP-covered nuclear cardiology with shorter wait times, faster report turn-around, and the highest standard of patient care. Please call or chat live to request your appointment. Step 1: Requisition

Download our requisition and obtain a signed copy from your referring healthcare provider*. If possible, E-mail
or fax the signed requisition to our clinic.

Step 2: Schedule

All of our services require a scheduled appointment. Please schedule your appointment by telephone, or live chat located in the bottom-right corner of this website.

Step 3: Test Preparation

Please review our Test Preparation Guide prior to your appointment. Bring your Ontario Health Card (OHIP) and requisition to your appointment and arrive 15 minutes early to register.***

*Our OHIP-covered services require a signed requisition from a certified Ontario healthcare provider, except mammography breast imaging for women ages 40-74 at select locations. If you need a requisition, you can visit a family doctor, walk-in clinic or community health center.

*Already have a doctor’s requisition? We accept signed requisitions from any certified Ontario healthcare facility, including hospitals and independent health facilities.

***If you have mobility concerns, please ask your caregiver to accompany and assist you.

We will send your diagnostic report to your referring healthcare provider, who will follow up with you. We can send it to additional healthcare providers upon your request.

I recently visited Well Health Diagnostic Centre in Brampton on May 27th and 28th for Nuclear Medicine and Stress Tests, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel completely at ease. Medical tests like these can feel intimidating, but the team at Well Health was warm, professional, and took the time to explain every step of the process clearly. I never felt rushed or confused about what was happening. I would especially like to recognize two technicians — Jino and Sandra — who went above and beyond. They were knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly patient throughout both days of testing. Having such caring professionals by my side made a world of difference and truly put my mind at ease. The facility itself is clean, modern, and well-organized. Wait times were reasonable, and everything ran smoothly across both of my appointment days. For something as important as cardiac and nuclear medicine testing, it’s reassuring to know you’re in such capable and caring hands. I am truly grateful for the outstanding care I received.
