We’re pleased to announce WELL Health Diagnostic Centres’ 7^th Annual Family Medicine CME on Saturday, September 26, 2026 at Osprey Valley Golf Club in Caledon Village!

Osprey Valley is one of Canada’s premier destinations for golf, dining, accommodations and so much more, with three of Canada’s top 25 public courses.

Join us Saturday morning for a networking breakfast followed by 3 CFPC-Accredited presentations with Ontario’s leading cardiology and radiology specialists. Then enjoy a lunch buffet on the terrace, followed by 18 holes of “Shotgun Best Ball” golf (optional).

There is no cost to attend the conference or the golf tournament. However, registration is limited and exclusive to healthcare providers, based on a first-registered basis.
