The facility is very clean and the rooms are also cozy. My technician was very welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient when putting on the wires to monitor your vitals. The sleeping room is a bit warm, however they do provide a fan if you need it or an extra blanket or pillow if you need one. Bedtime is btwn 10-11pm, but the process to complete all the wiring on your body takes about 15-20 mins to complete. Wake up time in the morning is 5am... if you're not a morning person or can't function too well that early to drive, consider getting someone to pick you up or uber it home. All the staff at this location were very friendly.

I don’t generally enjoy visits to doctors offices. This is a well run well oiled machine where the staff are nothing but pleasant and professional. Over the past years I’ve had a few pretty invasive procedures, and I have to tell you that the gentleman who managed the test is as good as you get. I will continue to use their services for many years to come.

This clinic is run very well. I was taken in very quickly. Staff were friendly and professional. They also provided a pass to cover parking. I was there for 2 tests but was in and out quickly.

Fast, professional and very pleasant to deal with. If I had one complaint, it would be about the scarcity of parking. The lot was 100 percent full, and I had to circle the lot, along with 3 or 4 other vehicles, hoping someone would leave and provide an opening.

They called me back to arrange for my appointment next day after my doctor's office faxed them the requisition for my tests. I got a detailed information about an exact location of the lab. My two different tests were booked conveniently one right after another. There was no line up to register at my arrival. I've waited less than 5 minutes for each test. The whole place is very bright and clean with very professional technicians and super modern equipment. Although the place is situated in the basement there is a comfortable elevator in the building. I was impressed!
