MyHealth Centre is now WELL Health Diagnostic Centre in North York! We’re the same team with a new name, located in the Northview Centre at the northeast corner of Bathurst and Finch, downstairs in suite 100. We provide OHIP-covered cardiology, ultrasound, X-ray, mammography and bone mineral density services – with shorter wait times, faster report turn-around, and the highest standard of patient care. Please call or chat live to request your appointment, except X-ray, which is provided on a walk-in basis. We look forward to seeing you!

Step 1: Requisition

Download our requisition and obtain a signed copy from your referring healthcare provider*. If possible, E-mail or fax the signed requisition to our clinic.

Step 2: Schedule

All of our services require a scheduled appointment, except X-ray, which is provided on a walk-in basis**. Please schedule your appointment by telephone, or live chat located in the bottom-right corner of this website.

Step 3: Test Preparation

Please review our Test Preparation Guide prior to your appointment. Bring your Ontario Health Card (OHIP) and requisition to your appointment and arrive 15 minutes early to register.***

*Our OHIP-covered services require a signed requisition from a certified Ontario healthcare provider, except breast screenings for women ages 40-74. If you need a requisition, you can visit a family doctor, walk-in clinic or community health center.

*Already have a doctor’s requisition? We accept signed requisitions from any certified Ontario healthcare facility, including hospitals and independent health facilities.

**Our walk-in X-ray hours may differ from our hours of operation. Please scroll up to view our current walk-in X-ray hours.

***If you have mobility concerns, please ask your caregiver to accompany and assist you.

We will send your diagnostic report to your referring healthcare provider, who will follow up with you. We can send it to additional healthcare providers upon your request.

I’ve been visiting WELL Health Diagnostic Centres in North York for years, and it’s consistently an outstanding experience. The receptionists are kind, empathetic, and even add a bit of humour that makes every visit feel friendly and relaxed. They take the time to check comfort preferences and explain procedures clearly, which I really appreciate. My recent visits were exceptional — the female technician who did my right shoulder ultrasound was so gentle and kind, and my mammogram was one of the least uncomfortable and most respectful experiences I’ve ever had. This centre truly stands out for treating patients with genuine care and dignity. Highly recommend!
