Minal was my ultrasound technician for all of my prenatal ultrasounds. She was very professional, kind and gentle throughout each ultrasound, especially when she could tell I was nervous. She always took the time to calm my nerves and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. I’m very grateful for her kindness, patience and expertise. She is a wonderful ultrasound tech!

No issues...test went well.

I had such a wonderful experience at the diagnostic clinic in the Milton Location, and I truly feel compelled to recognize the incredible Patient Care Representative who assisted me. From the moment I walked in, she made what could have been a stressful appointment feel calm, organized, and welcoming.

She greeted me with a genuine smile and such a warm, reassuring tone. It wasn’t just polite professionalism — it felt sincere. She took the time to carefully explain the check-in process, answered all my questions without rushing, and made sure I understood every step of what would happen next. You can tell she genuinely cares about the patients she interacts with.

What stood out the most was her patience and empathy. Diagnostic appointments can naturally cause anxiety, but she created a comforting environment simply through her kindness and attentiveness. She listened carefully, maintained eye contact, and made me feel heard and respected. Even while managing multiple patients and what seemed like a busy front desk, she remained calm, efficient, and incredibly organized.

Her communication skills were exceptional — clear, thorough, and reassuring. She ensured my paperwork was processed smoothly, verified all details accurately, and even followed up to make sure I was comfortable while waiting. That level of attentiveness makes such a difference.

It’s rare to encounter someone who combines professionalism, efficiency, and genuine compassion so seamlessly. She is truly an asset to the clinic and plays a huge role in creating a positive patient experience. I left feeling grateful not only for the medical service but for the kindness I was shown.

I’ve been visiting WELL Health Diagnostic Centres in North York for years, and it’s consistently an outstanding experience. The receptionists are kind, empathetic, and even add a bit of humour that makes every visit feel friendly and relaxed. They take the time to check comfort preferences and explain procedures clearly, which I really appreciate. My recent visits were exceptional — the female technician who did my right shoulder ultrasound was so gentle and kind, and my mammogram was one of the least uncomfortable and most respectful experiences I’ve ever had. This centre truly stands out for treating patients with genuine care and dignity. Highly recommend!

Technician was professional respectful and gave clear instructions

Unfortunately the office was very busy when I arrived, the office clerk was away from the counter for me to register. When she arrived she addressed me to let me know that the computer system was down and at the time she was unable to register me and would let me know ASAP.
I had a scheduled appointment and was taken in before my scheduled time and treated very well during my ultrasound and xray.
Thank you to all 3 ladies that worked yesterday at the Lasalle location.

I had a great experience with my appointment. The staff were very friendly and made me feel safe and comfortable. I was nervous about the test because it was my first time ever but now I’m more comfortable to be able to get the test done anytime after that if needed. Thank you so much again for being a very kind, sweet and supportive.

Recently I underwent an ultrasound check at Well Health Milton. It was an absolutely amazing experience right from the reception to the test. I was quickly and professionally taken in. The sonographer David happened to be the best one I ever met. He was gentle, polite and thorough professional. He knew his job very well and completed the test thoroughly in adequate time. I am happy with the services at Well Health Milton. Keep it up!!!

This was my first mammogram and the first time visiting the new location in the mall. The direction for parking were easy, the signage inside the mall was everywhere and it was easy to find where I was suppose to go, the intake clerk was helpful and best of all my technician for exam was A+. I was nervous , being my first time, but she took great care and was professional
