Dina Sergi
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Dina Sergi is a dedicated professional with years of experience in the healthcare industry, including human resources, mergers and acquisitions, operations, and management.
As Chief Executive Officer, Dina’s goals include focusing on the performance of the organization, including efficiency, productivity, and engagement. In addition to her primary functions, Dina has been recognized by her peers for her commitment to quality patient care and has been featured in Industry Era’s Top 10 Inspiring Women Leaders in 2022. As a seasoned Human Resource Professional, Dina is passionate about internal development and employee engagement at all levels.
After earning her Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA) from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, Dina pursued her Human Resource license and became a Certified Human Resource Leader (CHRL). In addition, Dina’s dedication to leadership encouraged her to pursue the internationally recognized coaching accreditation and became an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). She is currently in pursuit of her FACHE designation.
Dina’s passion for healthcare can be traced back to her personal and professional ties to the diagnostic and cardiac community, where she previously spent significant time specializing in operations and human resources in Canada and the United States. Beyond Dina’s professional work, she has been a long-standing member of various Boards addressing social and family service needs in Ontario.

Marc Freeman
CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER
Dr. Marc Freeman is the Chief Medical Officer and co-founder of MyHealth Centre. He was previously the Physician Lead for Nuclear Medicine at Trillium Health Partners and Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Medical Imaging at the University of Toronto.
Marc Freeman attended medical school at the University of Toronto and then completed a dual-certified residency in Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine. He is the former Division Head and Residency Program Director of Nuclear Medicine in the Department of Medical Imaging at the University of Toronto and former Division Head of Nuclear Medicine in the Joint Department of Medical Imaging at University Health Network, Mount Sinai Hospital and Women’s College Hospital. He is a past recipient of the Wightman-Berris Award for Outstanding Postgraduate Teacher and was on the Residency Program Teaching Honor Roll from 2006-2012.
Marc Freeman has been a member of the Provincial PET Steering Committee and Ontario PET Access Program since 2007 and is currently the Network Lead for Nuclear Medicine at the College of Physician and Surgeons of Ontario. Since 2012, Marc has served as a staff physician in the Department of Diagnostic Imaging and Director of Nuclear Medicine at Timmins and District Hospital, providing regular continuing medical education to technologists and clinicians in North Eastern Ontario. Marc’s areas of expertise and interest include PET-CT, nuclear cardiology, and medical education.

Paul Kannampuzha
CHIEF CARDIOLOGY OFFICER
Dr. Paul Kannampuzha is the Chief Cardiology Officer for WELL Health Diagnostic Centres. He is also the founder and former president and CEO of One Heart Care Group of businesses, and a co-founder and former board member of MyHealth Centre.
Previously, Paul was the Medical Director of The Trillium Heart Function Clinic and Trillium Cardiac Wellness and Rehabilitation Program. He is the former Medical Director of the Trillium Coronary Care Unit. He attended medical school at the University of Toronto, where he also completed his Internal Medicine and Cardiology fellowships.
Paul enjoys teaching and is involved in cardiology education at the Mississauga Campus of the University of Toronto’s medical school. He is actively involved in CME events for family physicians.

Matthew Benjamin
Medical Director, Radiology
Dr. Matthew Benjamin attended the Boston University School of Medicine and did his internship at the Mayo Clinic – Scottsdale. He did both his residency in Diagnostic Radiology and Fellowship in Interventional Radiology at the Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard University. During these years, he did additional training in informatics as well as Musculoskeletal Radiology and Neuroradiology.
Dr. Benjamin was on staff at the University Health Network/Mount Sinai Hospital in the divisions of Interventional Radiology and Abdominal Imaging. He was an Associate Professor of Radiology at the University of Toronto. Following his work in academics, Dr. Benjamin helped build a teleradiology network at Ellesmere X-ray. There, he served as managing partner and was responsible for a team of over 100 clerks, technologists and radiologists.
Currently, Dr. Benjamin is on staff at Michael Garron Hospital in Toronto, and has a wide range of expertise in all areas of radiology with special interests in breast imaging and MRI.

Unni Pisharam
Senior Director
Unni Pisharam, M.Sc., MRT(N) has been managing Independent Health Facilities since 2005. He has over 25 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist. Unni also holds a master’s degree in Physics. Previously, Unni taught nuclear medicine technology at the University of Mumbai in India and had research interests in this field. He has worked as a Certified Radiation Safety Officer and Corporate Radiation Safety Officer with CML Healthcare. Unni has expertise in the compliance issues with the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission and with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. Unni works with all clinic managers to guide and support them on any issues relating to quality of patient care, staffing, equipment maintenance, assessments and radiation safety.

Diane Byrne
Regional Director, Central & East
Diane Byrne has worked in the healthcare industry for more than 17 years. She began her career building and managing physician practices working collaboratively alongside her colleagues and physicians for successful output. Over the last 15 years she has been involved in developing and managing clinics specializing in cardiology, internal medicine, gynecology, and family medicine both in Canada and in the United States. Diane joined MyHealth in 2016 and set up OTN services through MyDoctor Now, which provides patients in rural areas the opportunity to receive fast and easy access to quality healthcare. More recently Diane was involved in the successful expansion of the cardiology practices and diagnostic services in the Milton and Mississauga areas for MyHealth. In July of 2018 Diane was promoted to Regional Director for Toronto central, where her experience and comprehensive knowledge in healthcare will help provide quality diagnostic services and patient care to the community.

Faraz Ahmed
REGIONAL DIRECTOR, SOUTHWEST
Faraz Ahmed, MRT(N), has extensive experience with MyHealth and has performed various roles during his tenure. He started as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist and worked his way up to being a Site Lead, then a Clinic Manager in London. Faraz provides leadership, direction, coaching and reporting on all operational aspects at the clinic and regional level to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of his team.

Karla Paquette
REGIONAL DIRECTOR, NORTH
Karla Paquette brings with her a wealth of healthcare industry experience. She has been a proud team member for the last 23+ years. In her last role, Karla was the Physician Relations Manager for the North region and was instrumental in maintaining physician relations for the region and beyond.

Sujal Patel
Regional Manager, Western GTA
Sujal Patel is an experienced healthcare professional with over 15 years of expertise in diagnostic cardiac sonography and clinic management. He graduated with Honours in Kinesiology from McMaster University in 2009, which laid the foundation for his career in healthcare. Following his undergraduate studies, Sujal pursued a specialization in Diagnostic Cardiac Sonography at the Mohawk-McMaster Institute of Applied Sciences.
Sujal began his career as a cardiac sonographer, providing essential diagnostic services across various clinics within the organization. As the organization expanded, he transitioned into the role of Technical Director of Echocardiography, where he played a pivotal role in securing provincial accreditation for the echocardiography labs and led the hiring, training, and mentoring of cardiac sonographers.
In his current role as Regional Manager, Sujal is responsible for overseeing operations across multiple locations, including Brampton, Mississauga, and Milton. He collaborates closely with the senior management team and clinic staff to ensure smooth operations in key areas such as staffing, billing, facilities, equipment, and overall patient care. Sujal’s leadership ensures that all clinic functions are aligned with the organization’s guidelines and standards.

Setareh Mortazavi
DIRECTOR, CARDIOLOGY NOW
Setareh Mortazavi has over a decade of experience as a clinical lab and Cardiology Technologist in various hospitals and Independent Health Care Facilities within Canada and the United States.
Setareh joined MyHealth Centre in 2013 as a Cardiology Technologist. She has held various leadership responsibilities for cardiology diagnostics and practice management within MyHealth Centre since 2015.
In May 2020, Setareh was promoted as Director of Cardiology Now, where her experience and exemplary leadership qualities in healthcare will help provide quality and prompt virtual patient care to the communities across Ontario.

Tanya Rybarczyk
DIRECTOR, QUALITY ASSURANCE & TELERADIOLOGY
Tanya Rybarczyk is a driven professional with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She has authentically gained her knowledge through her experiences working in clinics and hospitals as well as her tenure with the CPSO in the Quality Assurance Department.
Since joining the team in 2014, Tanya is now a Certified Change Management Professional (CMP) with a robust history in administrative operations and a demonstrated ability to enhance organizational goals through collaborative teamwork. With extensive experience in policy and program improvements, she excels in managing projects and assignments while maintaining a strong focus on strategic objectives.

Priscilla Stephen
DIRECTOR, HUMAN RESOURCES
Priscilla Stephen is a highly accomplished, resourceful, HR professional with a 19-year portfolio of success, driving Human Resource Strategy, functions, initiatives, and programs for leading healthcare, technology, and business process providers. She is passionate about positive people experiences and sustaining a culture of strong leadership and empowerment.
As the leader for Human Resources at MyHealth Centre, Priscilla is responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership for all aspects of the human resources function and establishing a vision and direction for the full complement of human capital programs, policies and services. This includes HR transformation, talent acquisition, talent management, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, organizational design and cultural development, employee education and development, compensation and benefits, HR operations and technology, employee relations, and HR analytics.
Prior to joining MyHealth Centre, Priscilla has served in a leadership capacity overseeing Human Resource functions and has been instrumental in designing new HR programs, establishing HR best practices, streamlining HR processes, driving HR Compliance, and reducing HR costs in various organizations including fortune 500 Companies such as IBM and Genpact.
Priscilla is a Certified Human Resource Leader (CHRL) and holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management & Industrial relations. She is certified in Joint Health & Safety Committee (JHSC) and is also a certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 and ISO/ IEC 27001.

Vinod Singh
DIRECTOR, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Vinod Singh is an Information Management and Technology Leader with over 15 years of experience in IT security, IT Infrastructure and Health Information Systems. As an Enterprise Architect, Project Manager and Operational Manager, Vinod has rich experience in working with sectors like Banking, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing and Healthcare etc., and believes in continuous learning and improvement.
Before joining MyHealth Centre, Vinod helped organizations like Suncor, Syntheses and Johnson & Johnson (J & J) with datacenter migration, security and infrastructure enhancement projects to evolve and transform information systems. He has helped better manage and enhance IT infrastructure to drive a secure environment with increased performance and efficiency.

Tiffany Chow
Director, Finance & Accounting
Tiffany Chow is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) with 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, and financial planning with 7 years specifically in medical imaging.
In her role, Tiffany oversees the finance and accounting team to ensure accurate and timely preparation of MyHealth’s financial reporting. Tiffany partners with the senior management team to support the achievement of the company’s long term financial goals.

Karl Miranda
MANAGER, PHYSICIAN SERVICES
Karl Miranda has worked in the healthcare industry for over 20 years; first in pharmaceutical research in the United States and currently at MyHealth Centre. Before joining MyHealth, Karl worked at a global non-profit entrepreneurial organization focusing on the development and mentoring of start-ups, many involved in various aspects of healthcare.
In his role, Karl’s focus is ensuring that all our physicians are remunerated on-time based of OHIP’s payments to the company. Additionally, Karl provides regulatory support to the company ensuring all our licenses and certifications with various Ontario Ministry of Health agencies are current.
Karl works closely with our senior management team along with clinic managers/staff to provide administrative corporate support, Ministry related information, business reporting and analysis, etc.

Tarun Nayyar
MANAGER, OPERATIONS
Tarun Nayyar is a strategic Healthcare Business Development and Operations Leader with an MBA and over 20 years of experience across diagnostic imaging, specialty care, and health system operations. He has worked with global healthcare leaders including Johnson & Johnson, Medtronic, and Boston Scientific, bringing deep expertise in market development, patient engagement, and operational transformation.
Currently serving at WELL Health Diagnostic Centres, Tarun leads initiatives in multi-site optimization, Call Centre performance, and business growth through M&A, automation, and strategic partnerships. He is known for combining data-driven decision-making with people-centered leadership to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions in complex healthcare environments.

Quan Lung

Quan Lung is a dynamic leader and seasoned business development professional, bringing over two decades of impactful experience across IT, telecommunications, and healthcare. He excels at forging strategic partnerships and expanding market reach, consistently identifying new opportunities that drive significant growth and introduce innovative solutions.
His background includes a pivotal role in the success and acquisition of several Canadian tech startups. Over the past decade, Quan has cultivated robust, lasting relationships with healthcare professionals throughout Ontario, always approaching collaborations with a solution-focused mindset.

Brandon Latham
DIRECTOR, MARKETING
Brandon Latham has more than 15 years of healthcare marketing experience, specializing in the acquisition and retention of patients and referring healthcare providers.
Before he joined WELL Health Diagnostic Centres, Brandon helped build the ListenUP! Canada brand from an entrepreneurial start-up into the largest provider of hearing healthcare services, now operating as HearingLife Canada with more than 250 locations across the country.
Brandon’s expertise includes brand design, positioning and promotional strategies; affinity partnerships, sponsorships and events; traditional marketing, including signage, print, direct mail, broadcast and outdoor; and digital marketing, including web design, SEO, PPC, social media, E-mail, SMS, webinars, and Google Business/Google Reviews.
