I went to this facility twice in Jul 2026. My first experience was a mammogram with Jennifer. Jennifer was very professional and gentle, it was my first time doing a mammogram but she made it as comfortable as she could. My second experience was Jul 30th at 7:30am for a pelvic and transvaginal ultrasound. I was seen on time, the technologist was very gentle, I have fibroids and that can be painful. She was also very pleasant and professional. I got out on time and was able to make my 8:20am Go train from Streetsville Go station. The receptionist were kind and pleasant as well even sharing a laugh with patients as we fail to read the instructions on the water cooler because let's face it our minds are preoccupied with other things. Excellent customer service. Thank You 😊

From the call I made, to the clean rooms, was a great experience. I called in because I arrived too early but the receptionist was very polite and helpful. My experience with my technician was wonderful. She was very professional and thorough. Will see you on my next visit. Thank you again.

It was POURING rain when we came out of the under ground parking. We were SOAKED.Even my sweater was soaked right thru l was SO Cold.The nurse who called me in for my appointment brought me a warmed up blanket, and a cup of hot water. Everything body working there that day was so thoughtful and caring.Thier warmth helped me to feel better.They all made my appointment comforting . Thank you so much. I was there for a PET CT. It was explained to me what it was and what would take place. l was comfortable the whole time l was there.Everyone made me feel comfortable.

I had my ultrasound today, and Mehnaz was absolutely wonderful. She was very cooperative, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She patiently answered all of my questions and took the time to explain everything clearly. Her kind and caring approach helped make the experience stress-free and reassuring.
