MyHealth Centre is now WELL Health Diagnostic Centre in London! We’re the same team with a new name, located in the Wharncliffe Health Centre, just north of Oxford Street. We provide OHIP-covered cardiology services with shorter wait times, faster report turn-around, and the highest standard of patient care. Please call or chat live to request your appointment. Step 1: Requisition

Download our requisition and obtain a signed copy from your referring healthcare provider*. If possible, E-mail or fax the signed requisition to our clinic.

Step 2: Schedule

All of our services require a scheduled appointment. Please schedule your appointment by telephone, or live chat located in the bottom-right corner of this website.

Step 3: Test Preparation

Please review our Test Preparation Guide prior to your appointment. Bring your Ontario Health Card (OHIP) and requisition to your appointment and arrive 15 minutes early to register.***

*Our OHIP-covered services require a signed requisition from a certified Ontario healthcare provider, except mammography breast imaging for women ages 40-74 at select locations. If you need a requisition, you can visit a family doctor, walk-in clinic or community health center.

*Already have a doctor’s requisition? We accept signed requisitions from any certified Ontario healthcare facility, including hospitals and independent health facilities.

***If you have mobility concerns, please ask your caregiver to accompany and assist you.

We will send your diagnostic report to your referring healthcare provider, who will follow up with you. We can send it to additional healthcare providers upon your request.

They give lots of reminder s for your appointment, which is nice. People on the phone and at the front were very nice, helpful and fast. Didn't have to wait in the waiting room long at all. My appointment was quick, I was in and out!
They are always great there! The staff was so busy only two girls there must of been 15-20 in line with I got there and they both were so calm and the line kept going even after I got up to the front. Staff there are great!

My appointment was on time and I'm grateful for it
Today I had a mammogram and I have never had one before. I was very nervous and I wanted to cancel. I do not have a very good tolerance for pain so I was scared . The radiologic technologist, Ashley, was kind, professional, and reassuring and she made me feel calmer. I really appreciated her patience and the way she explained everything clearly. Excellent care makes such a difference—grateful for the experience. Thanks for being you Ashley!!

The technician was very friendly and made me very comfortable and the staff were also friendly, very happy environment
The guy receptionist was extremely polite and attentive. There were no seats available in the main room, so he called me by name and took me to an adjoining room with more seats. The exams are always performed punctually without delays, and I've even been seen ahead of schedule before. The person who did my ultrasound was also okay, but the receptionist guy was truly exceptional, even assisting a gentleman ahead of me who had forgotten his doctor's request.
Quick efficient scan, technician was polite and pleasant
I was greeted and attended in the most respected manner. The lady was very courteous and helpful. She solved all my problems with positive behavior. She deserves a 125% out of a 100 rating.
The lady in the front desk in the morning was very nice and helpful. She was quick to accommodate with me. As my schedule is tight with full time job.

I called Wealth Health customer service to book an ultrasound appointment, and they scheduled me in Milton, which is a two-hour drive, as no appointments were available in London for the next three months. I decided to visit their location in person to see if anything could be done. The receptionist, Tanya, was extremely helpful and managed to arrange a walk-in ultrasound appointment for me. Dr. Mohammad kindly agreed to see me as well. They both truly made my day, and I am very grateful for their excellent service.
The office was packed and I thought I’d have to wait forever but these women are so organized and pleasant! Within minutes I was called. I had two X-rays! Erika was amazing! She was efficient, friendly and gentle for the mammogram. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!
Thus location is always clean. Staff is welcoming and quick. Tech was good too.
Only problem with this location is paid parking. Centre should reimburse like Fanshaw location
The staff went over and above when my requisition had some discrepancy on it and they had it corrected at my doctors office while I waited.
Great experience at WELL Health Diagnostic Centres. The staff were kind and professional.

Special thanks to the Egyptian doctor who did my ultrasound — I forgot her name, but she was so gentle, caring, and made me feel completely at ease.
