We’re the same team with a new name, located in the Huntsville Professional Building near the Huntsville District Memorial Hospital. We provide OHIP-covered cardiology consultations, echocardiography, and ultrasound services with shorter wait times, faster report turn-around, and the highest standard of patient care. Step 1: Requisition

Download our requisition and obtain a signed copy from your referring healthcare provider*. If possible, E-mail or fax the signed requisition to our clinic.

Step 2: Schedule

All of our services require a scheduled appointment. Please schedule your appointment by telephone, or live chat located in the bottom-right corner of this website.

Step 3: Test Preparation

Please review our Test Preparation Guide prior to your appointment. Bring your Ontario Health Card (OHIP) and requisition to your appointment and arrive 15 minutes early to register.***

*Our OHIP-covered services require a signed requisition from a certified Ontario healthcare provider, except mammography breast imaging for women ages 40-74 at select locations. If you need a requisition, you can visit a family doctor, walk-in clinic or community health center.

*Already have a doctor’s requisition? We accept signed requisitions from any certified Ontario healthcare facility, including hospitals and independent health facilities.

***If you have mobility concerns, please ask your caregiver to accompany and assist you.

We will send your diagnostic report to your referring healthcare provider, who will follow up with you. We can send it to additional healthcare providers upon your request.

Best ultrasound experience ever!! After arriving for a bladder ultrasound over an hour early (my error), I was despondent at the notion of having to wait, with full bladder, for another hour. The attending technician (Rodney) had a full docket for the day but was kind enough to squeeze me in. I have great respect for anyone with compassion and empathy and, clearly Rodney possessed those two qualities, in “spades”. During the procedure, Rodney educated me with things of which I should be aware and offered sound advice. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the gal at reception for without her, Rodney wouldn’t have been aware of my predicament. It was a very illuminating experience and I’m very happy to be sharing my glowing report, as our healthcare system, and the frontline workers that deal with patients daily, too often receive negative reports while positive experiences go unshared. Kudos to the team!!!

This was my first visit to the Well Health. As a patient who had a recent total nephrectomy due to cancer at only the age 54 and had some pain, I was sent for an ultrasound. The entire staff was so warm and welcoming. Rodney, the technician was kind, gentle, and made me feel extremely comfortable. Being a patient who has had many tests done and nervous going in , I left feeling good.
