MyHealth Centre is now WELL Health Diagnostic Centre in Huntsville! We’re the same team with a new name, located in the Huntsville Professional Building near the Huntsville District Memorial Hospital. We provide OHIP-covered cardiology consultations, echocardiography, and ultrasound services with shorter wait times, faster report turn-around, and the highest standard of patient care. Step 1: Requisition

Download our requisition and obtain a signed copy from your referring healthcare provider*. If possible, E-mail or fax the signed requisition to our clinic.

Step 2: Schedule

All of our services require a scheduled appointment. Please schedule your appointment by telephone, or live chat located in the bottom-right corner of this website.

Step 3: Test Preparation

Please review our Test Preparation Guide prior to your appointment. Bring your Ontario Health Card (OHIP) and requisition to your appointment and arrive 15 minutes early to register.***

*Our OHIP-covered services require a signed requisition from a certified Ontario healthcare provider, except mammography breast imaging for women ages 40-74 at select locations. If you need a requisition, you can visit a family doctor, walk-in clinic or community health center.

*Already have a doctor’s requisition? We accept signed requisitions from any certified Ontario healthcare facility, including hospitals and independent health facilities.

***If you have mobility concerns, please ask your caregiver to accompany and assist you.

We will send your diagnostic report to your referring healthcare provider, who will follow up with you. We can send it to additional healthcare providers upon your request.

Nicole at this location was absolutely the best! Gentle and reassuring during the ultrasound but also she shared that she drives from Toronto to work in Huntsville as there is a staff shortage. This woman should receive compensation and a promotion!

I am undergoing several medical investigations in my efforts towards reaching a renal transplant. I was required to get an abdominal ultrasound as part of this process. I was pleasantly and professionally greeted by Rodney. Throughout my imaging appointment, Rodney understood much of what I was going through due to his own personal experience, which he did not hesitate in sharing. This brought comfort in knowing that somebody else has had a very similar experience with these health issues. The office was welcoming, peaceful, and professional. A relaxing venue to enter. I did not get her name, but the receptionist at the desk was most pleasant, kind, and professional. I remembered her beautiful smile.
