MyHealth Centre is now WELL Health Diagnostic Centre in London! We’re the same team with a new name, located in the Nixon Medical Centre at the corner of Nixon and Southdale Road. We provide OHIP-covered ultrasound and X-ray services with shorter wait times, faster report turn-around, and the highest standard of patient care. Please call or chat live to request your appointment, except X-ray, which is provided on a walk-in basis. We look forward to seeing you!

Our walk-in X-ray services are closed daily from 12:30pm-1:00pm. Due to higher than normal volumes for X-ray services, we may have to close X-ray prior to the times indicated.

Step 1: Requisition

Download our requisition and obtain a signed copy from your referring healthcare provider*. If possible, E-mail or fax the signed requisition to our clinic.

Step 2: Schedule

All of our services require a scheduled appointment, except X-ray, which is provided on a walk-in basis**. Please schedule your appointment by telephone, or live chat located in the bottom-right corner of this website.

Step 3: Test Preparation

Please review our Test Preparation Guide prior to your appointment. Bring your Ontario Health Card (OHIP) and requisition to your appointment and arrive 15 minutes early to register.***

*Our OHIP-covered services require a signed requisition from a certified Ontario healthcare provider, except breast screenings for women ages 40-74. If you need a requisition, you can visit a family doctor, walk-in clinic or community health center.

*Already have a doctor’s requisition? We accept signed requisitions from any certified Ontario healthcare facility, including hospitals and independent health facilities.

**Our walk-in X-ray hours may differ from our hours of operation. Please scroll up to view our current walk-in X-ray hours.

***If you have mobility concerns, please ask your caregiver to accompany and assist you.

We will send your diagnostic report to your referring healthcare provider, who will follow up with you. We can send it to additional healthcare providers upon your request.

The receptionist was very kind, and the ultrasound technician was too. She explained everything she was going to do and showed me my baby on the ultrasound. I've been to other places where they were very basic and didn't explain anything. So I highly recommend this place.

I love how going to these OHIP covered places has been getting better over the last several years. Not sure if it's because they're privately owned or not, but employees are actually friendly, unlike many government employees at health clinics most of my life. It's a huge improvement!!
Secondly, the wait was so short! And once in the treatment room, the technician was very down to earth, friendly, entertaining with fascinating facts, and even funny.

Both receptionist and technician were so nice and friendly. Service was so quick and on time. Technician was so gentle during my process. I had thyroid ultrasound before and some technicians applied to much pressure on throat and made me feel uncomfortable. This visit was really so smooth. I thank them for make a great service for patients.

I Needed an Ultrasound For My Knee and Got To My Appointment,
Right Off The Bat The Front Desk Receptionist Was Exceptional and Down To Earth., Made Me Feel Comfortable.
She Process My Requisition Quickly, I Had a Seat and Within Minutes I Was Called Which Was Fast.
The Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Had Explained Step By Step What She Was Going To Do That Day and That it Would Be Quick.
As She Was Taking Images of My Knee She Had a Great Ear and Helpful Responses.
