MyHealth Centre is now WELL Health Diagnostic Centre in London! We’re the same team with a new name, located in the North London Medical Centre, just east of SmartCentres shopping plaza. We provide OHIP-covered nuclear cardiology, ultrasound, X-ray, mammography, and bone mineral density – with shorter wait times, faster report turn-around, and the highest standard of patient care. Please call or chat live to request your appointment, except X-ray, which is provided on a walk-in basis. We look forward to seeing you!

Step 1: Requisition

Download our requisition and obtain a signed copy from your referring healthcare provider*. If possible, E-mail or fax the signed requisition to our clinic.

Step 2: Schedule

All of our services require a scheduled appointment, except X-ray, which is provided on a walk-in basis**. Please schedule your appointment by telephone, or live chat located in the bottom-right corner of this website.

Step 3: Test Preparation

Please review our Test Preparation Guide prior to your appointment. Bring your Ontario Health Card (OHIP) and requisition to your appointment and arrive 15 minutes early to register.***

*Our OHIP-covered services require a signed requisition from a certified Ontario healthcare provider, except breast screenings for women ages 40-74. If you need a requisition, you can visit a family doctor, walk-in clinic or community health center.

*Already have a doctor’s requisition? We accept signed requisitions from any certified Ontario healthcare facility, including hospitals and independent health facilities.

**Our walk-in X-ray hours may differ from our hours of operation. Please scroll up to view our current walk-in X-ray hours.

***If you have mobility concerns, please ask your caregiver to accompany and assist you.

We will send your diagnostic report to your referring healthcare provider, who will follow up with you. We can send it to additional healthcare providers upon your request.

Yesterday I had to come back for a mammogram and Erica was my technician. I’m not sure what you call them to be honest but anyways she explained everything to you. The process she was so good at what she did and very comforting although this was not my first mammogram as I am 58 years old but she definitely topped the scale on customer service kudos Erica hope I get you next time

First time going to this location and have to say it is the best. On time appointments, amazing front and back end staff. Place ws clean and well organized. Kudos will be my go to place moving forward. Oh and parking is FREE, not like 279 Wharncliffe Rd, Location
