MyHealth Centre is now WELL Health Diagnostic Centre in London! We’re the same team with a new name, located in the North London Medical Centre, just east of SmartCentres shopping plaza. We provide OHIP-covered nuclear cardiology, ultrasound, X-ray, mammography, and bone mineral density – with shorter wait times, faster report turn-around, and the highest standard of patient care. Please call or chat live to request your appointment, except X-ray, which is provided on a walk-in basis. We look forward to seeing you!

Step 1: Requisition

Download our requisition and obtain a signed copy from your referring healthcare provider*. If possible, E-mail or fax the signed requisition to our clinic.

Step 2: Schedule

All of our services require a scheduled appointment, except X-ray, which is provided on a walk-in basis**. Please schedule your appointment by telephone, or live chat located in the bottom-right corner of this website.

Step 3: Test Preparation

Please review our Test Preparation Guide prior to your appointment. Bring your Ontario Health Card (OHIP) and requisition to your appointment and arrive 15 minutes early to register.***

*Our OHIP-covered services require a signed requisition from a certified Ontario healthcare provider, except breast screenings for women ages 40-74. If you need a requisition, you can visit a family doctor, walk-in clinic or community health center.

*Already have a doctor’s requisition? We accept signed requisitions from any certified Ontario healthcare facility, including hospitals and independent health facilities.

**Our walk-in X-ray hours may differ from our hours of operation. Please scroll up to view our current walk-in X-ray hours.

***If you have mobility concerns, please ask your caregiver to accompany and assist you.

We will send your diagnostic report to your referring healthcare provider, who will follow up with you. We can send it to additional healthcare providers upon your request.

The staff are prompt, efficient, positive and this makes for a great experience. I like that the parking is also covered and staff ask if you parked because often when you visit a health center you are nervous and forget to ask. The technician was efficient,friendly making you feel at ease.

We want to thank your staff Sophalla & Karan, and every other smiling face there. It was truly the best day experience, They showed compassion, kindness, caring etc. John B Gibbs who 97 yrs old and 4 months, was shown, true dignity and compassion, they were able to combine his two appts into one, which were two days apart. as John is very frail and weak & was suppose to have appt two days apart. And without hesitation Karan agreed to complete ultrasounds the same day. It was hard getting the appt, but when we finally got there they went above a beyond expectation. I just got today results in from nurse saying for us to make another follow up appt for April. Hopefully we can get an appt for April and have the same wonderful experience we had. A million blessings you made us and John very appreciative for the compassion you gave to an elderly person. People don’t realize how hard it is for us getting them ready to go to appt. Into the car and out and with a wheelchair walker. When you are 97 it’s hard to transport them and in the cold and slippery weather. Again a million thanks from John Gibbs, Randy & Donna.
